When I arrived at the hotel, I found the rooms to be immaculately clean and comfortable, making me feel like I had a suite all to myself. The staff were friendly and courteous, although there was a slight issue with issuing keys. The location was super convenient off I-26, perfect for a quick and safe rest, but dining required a short drive. The dining experience, while decent, had a variety of good choices for breakfast. The hotel facilities were typical of a higher quality place.

The rooms were assigned keys to unmade beds and had urine in the toilet when I entered, but once cleaned, they were cozy and great for relaxing and sleeping.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not so good experiences. The rooms were fully stocked with everything you need and very clean, but there was a distinct smell, possibly from a previous guest with a pet. The service was very friendly and accommodating, but it seems that some areas need better cleaning and leadership. The location was great, near a fantastic shopping center and many restaurants, but being stuck having to find last-minute accommodations was a downside. The dining options were a bit limited and not as advertised, but I found it understandable. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.

I booked a King Suite and was pleasantly surprised by the spacious, clean, and comfortable room with plenty of amenities. Our experience in both rooms was wonderful, from the cozy beds and pillows to the refreshing shower and large personal space.

The hotel's location was perfect for my needs in Irmo. It was close to the mall, not far from downtown, and right in the center of everything I needed. The only downside was that the framing for the door lock was broken.
